Daphne and Freddie Couple Halloween Costumes

Daphne Blake is a fashion-loving girl from a wealthy family. She has blue eyes and gorgeous shoulder-length red hair. Her favorite color is purple, she has forever worn a purple dress and shoes. Her clothes always match and sometimes she accents them with a green ascot. Her matching green purse contains everything she might possibly need and she uses all of these items to get herself out of trouble. The Daphne costumes are easily recognized, they have been around for decades.
In the Scooby Doo series, Daphne started as a “damsel in distress” character but evolved to have many crime fighting abilities. She learned how to use different weapons, how to unlock doors and cages with her makeup accessories and even became a black belt in Karate. Her catchphrase is “Jeepers”. She has a tendency to get into danger and Fred nicknames her “Danger-prone Daphne”.
Fred
Fred “Freddie” Jones , also known as” Scooby Doo Fred”, is the self appointed leader of the Mystery, Inc. gang. He often drives Daphne’s van, named the Mystery Machine. Fred has blonde hair, wears a neck scarf and is brave and strong. In several episodes it is mentioned that he can bench press 220 pounds. He has knowledge of various traps which he invents to capture villains. Scooby Doo and Shaggy often set them off accidentally, but the villains are still caught anyway.
Fred usually has the gang split up, employing a divide-and-conquer method to search for clues. Of course, he takes Daphne and Velma with him and sends Shaggy and Scooby Doo off together.
Many fans believe Fred and Daphne are attracted to each other. Several episodes show Daphne flirting with Fred or hanging on to him when she is frightened. Fred dances with Daphne at teen parties. They made out in the film, “Scooby Doo! The Mystery Begins.”
