Ideas for Funny Halloween Costumes

Have you ever heard of the adage: “sometime, the best things in life come free.” Now that Halloween is just a few months away or say few weeks away to make it sound more exciting and thrilling, it will be best to think of funny Halloween costumes that you can use comes the big day! Thinker Inside the Box

All you need is a cardboard box, some paint, and a few creative strokes from your paint brush and voila! You now have a funny costume for your Halloween. People will see you a thinker stuck inside the box!

Skill Crane

Get a large box and make openings right at the back and front of it. You also need to create a hole below for your legs. Attach the box to your backpack; make sure that the straps are hidden underneath your clothes. Use adhesive to attach a small box at the front with a piece of joystick, coin slot, and buttons. Then you can simply add a hanging crane that can be made up of wire and paint the whole box. Once the box is finished, you may wear any kind of animal costume, get inside the box, and the crane should be attached to your head.

Popcorn Box Costume

Get a large box and remove the flaps at the top of the box; create holes at the side for your arms and legs and you have to connect the straps so that you can suspend the whole thing on your shoulders. The next step is to paint the box with red and white stripes. Once you are finished painting the box, don’t forget to paint or write “POPCORN” right in front of the box. After that, you can glue real popped popcorns on the top of the box and all areas of your shoulders, hair, and neck. Don’t forget that you should only wear white makeup and white clothes only when you are already wearing the popcorn costume. Vending Machine Costume

Get a rectangular box which is big enough to be worn over your body. Paint the box with black; after which, you need to decorate the box with a coin slot, buttons, and other options which are usually found in most vending machines. Don’t forget to add NSACK MACHINE at the top of the box so people can identify that you are wearing a vending machine costume. Don’t forget to incorporate a fake opening or passage where the purchased snack will come out. Mark that opening with the word “PUSH”. Be sure to put real and fake snack items inside to enhance the look of your funny Halloween costume.
